What would we do without smart phones??

Oh look! It's Sadey! How does she have the time to get on a computer and blog you ask? The answer: she doesn't! I figure since my email, Facebook, camera, address book, an anything else I might need is on my phone why not figure out how to blog off this bad boy? So here I sit riding shotgun on I-15 heading back home from watching state softball games and enjoying some sunshine.

It sure has been a while since I've posted. Looks like I'm averaging once a semester lately! Go me. I may forget about blogging from time to time buy always come running back. My motivation this time was helped along with something called Instsgram. I tried to be a rebel and not join the Instagram crowd buy I finally caved the other day and boy am I glad I did! Such a fun little way to remind me to take pictures. So here's the goal: a picture a day. If not every day, most every day. I might not have time to amaze you with my poetic phrases every day, but I sure can snap a fabulous picture once a day!

So ... The past couple days have been softball days. The Wasatch Wasps went to state this year and Nick's sister is a senior on their team. She will be playing at a college in Colorado come this fall and we don't know how many games we will be able to make it to so we took the time this week so make sure we got to watch them play. We sure love watching softball and baseball in our spare time. Here's a few pictures from the past couple days.

Oh and did I also mention how much I love babies!? Pretty sure I need one of my own sometime soon. This uterus is so ready! :)

Fall has ... Come and gone!

There is no stinkin way I haven't posted on our blog since September. Yikes friends!! Time flies when you're having fun! October and November consisted of a lot of the same-old same-old around here but December was where we really kept busy. We passed all our finals again (phew!!) Only 2 more semesters for the 2 of us! Can't wait!! From there Nick and I decided to make the most of our 4 week break. We spent our time relaxing, working out, cooking, crafting, spending time with family and friends, working, cleaning, and getting ourselves sane before we started up with more insanity starting January 9th. Here is out last few months in pictures, with a few words of course. Heaven knows I love to talk! :)

Nick and I brought in October with a date night with Scotty and Sarah. The boys were out at school while Sarah and I painted pumpkins and made soup for dinner. As for the actual halloween night Nick and I worked and hung out with family that day. I think halloween is going to be a LOT more fun with kiddos. Can't wait!

Just before halloween we went to Lagoon with Nick's dad, sister, Mignonne, and her kids. It was a lot of fun and I didn't even get very motion sick. YAY!

Carved pumpkin tree at Lagoon. So many cute faces!

Nick and I at the Jason Aldean Concert at the beginning of November. We went with a friend from school and her husband. We had so much fun and Jason Aldean was aweseome!

Just before the concert. Didn't notice when I took the picture but looks like I was pretty close to come girls corboy hat! haha

I finally gave up on growing my hair out and went back to the short A-line cut. And I LOVE it!

Pumpkin carving at the Stika's. I think I win for the cutest :)

Double date with Mr. McPherson to Clark Planetarium. Don't those boys just look so great and stylish?

We have spent a lot of time with this guy and love it! we are so lucky to have such good families that we love spending time with.

Chadwick family pictures in November. Turned out pretty stinkin cute.

We put our tree up at the beginning of December. I don't know what it is about putting up a tree but I always feel so grown up putting up our own tree and decorating for Christmas. This year we bought another fresh tree and I made all our ornaments this year. It was a lot of fun to do together. One thing we didn't do together, or ever, was refill the water under the tree. Needless to say, we had a very dead tree by the time we took it down. Lesson learned!

Does this just make your eyes water? OUCH!! Can you believe I asked for this kind of pain for Christmas? Even though it DID hurt a whole bunch I now have eyeliner tatooed and I don't have to color it anymore! Worth it for sure.

Here is Nick helping me make some Christmas treats to bring to our families. We melted Rolos on top of pretzels and put and M&M on top. SO simple and one of my new favorites. Sure loved the help too!

Here are all of girfts for eachother and our families on Christmas eve-eve. Notice my cute decorations? Just sayin :)
On Christmas eve nick and I went to my parents house and hung out with them all day. We ate the delicious ham dinner like we have ever since I can remember. After that we unwrapped some pajamas, watched christmas movies, and all fell asleep. (There was a minor asthma attack on my part which was a little scary but I survived and all is well). we woke up early the next morning and unwrapped more presents, ate breakfast and headed to Tooele to visit Nick's dad's family. We ate lunch there, Headed back to heber and opened presents and ate at his moms. Our christmas was full of family, which is exactly how it should be.
Here is Nick with his favorite Christmas present. A Sig 2220 .9 mm
The other gifts that Nick got was 2 Atlanta hoodies, an Atlanta t-shirt, Call of Duty, headphones, and a gift card to Chilis. I got my eyes tatooed,, a red pea coat, some stuff for my nails, and an Atlanta hoodie. We also bought us a new Kinect on black friday so now I don't have to watch Netflix on my baby Iphone :) Woot!

iDump

Yikes! It sounded better in my head than it looks on paper. Actually, iDump still sounded bad in my head. But hey, I'm stickin to it. Haven't figured out what it means yet? I'm "dumping" pictures from my "iPhone", thus iDump. :) I know last post I told you I was all done with the pictures but then I realized I have a bunch of pictures that I just have to show you from my phone! So here we go.

Oh the advantages to having knee surgery. You get to look like a badass in Maceys.

We were painting our nails at work the other day and one of the momma's dropped off her baby and asked if we would PLEASE PLEASE paint her baby's nails and take pictures. Ummm... OF COURSE we said yes!

Don't you just love driving in the fall and looking at all the colors? Don't you just love when it rains in the fall? Don't you just love wearing jackets in the fall. Awe heck, don't you just love EVERYTHING about fall?! I sure do!

On Sunday Savannah and I had a little nail painting party. We tried to "marble" them (which is apparently the new thing with nail painting. It was too difficult so I just zebra striped our nails. Pretty fun huh!

Showin off tha nails. And mom. :)

Typical Sunday afternoon. After we finish eating we always sit and talk around the table for a while. I'm sure by this point Nick and Taylor were already watching football downstairs. Psh!

Oh haaaay! What a handsome guy! Here is Nicky Wayne on our way down the canyon. Keep your eyes on the road would ya!

Story. Of. My. Life. I'm definitely ready for the psych clinicals to be over with.

I sure did make these for my good friend Marnie! She's having a little girl in January and is naming her, yes you guessed it, Mae! Well, she's naming her Mae Elizabeth but sorry Marn, all you get is Mae!

Here's Ayden in our sweet new car. Sure do love this little man!

Nick and I drove up to watch Maddy perform at Watach's half time show. Can I just tell you how much I LOVE Heber? It's so nice to just be outside in the fresh clean cool air and have the small town atmosphere. I absolutely love it!

This is what I do when I'm bored on a car ride and all I have is a Sharpie and a bowl of EasyMac :)

Ayden and Uncle Nick at Swiss Days

The view from our front door. Not too shabby!

Got to try on the 34 week belly in clinical the other week. Funny story to go along with: everyone that saw this posted on Facebook thought that it was our "announcement" that we're pregnant. Sad to say, it wasn't! But sure made for a good laugh!

Gosh I love this pic. These boys sure have gotten close over the past couple years and I love it.
Alright peeps, there you have it! Another photo dump. :)
